A Dilapidation Report can also be conducted on completion of the works to document any changes that may have taken place to the Property during construction. Councils may request that you obtain a Dilapidation Report as part of their approval process for developments however we recommend that you have a Dilapidation Report done for your protection and for your peace of mind.

The Pest Inspectors are Fully Licensed and are a member of the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association. He will conduct a thorough non invasive Timber Pest Inspection of the property using the latest products & equipment including Thermal Imaging Camera and Moisture Meter as well as old fashioned tap sounding techniques and visual inspection.

We conduct a thorough internal and external Building Inspection of the property looking for major structural defects.
